Mushroom & Barley Soup (V)
A hearty mushroom soup with woody portobello mushrooms and herbs. A customer favorite since its inception, this soup will surely please the whole family. Serve with a warmed baguette and fresh garden salad.
Vegan. Serves 6.
INSTANT POT: Combine ingredients with liquid in pot, seal the lid and use the soup setting for 14 minutes.
NOTE: Add 1/2 lb. of leftover cooked ground beef or leftovers from a roast.
